USAWE Region 2 Newsletter January 2025

Greetings to our Region 2 Members,

Happy 2025!  As the days get a little longer we are encouraged that Spring is indeed around the corner and the 2025 Region 2 calendar is getting full!  Below is a glimpse of what’s coming up.  I encourage all to check out an event near you and get involved!  Compete, volunteer, audit, tell a friend!  Consider this… there are currently 287 members in Region 2.  If even half of us recruit one new member in 2025, we can boost overall USAWE membership by 12%.   That’s how relevant our Region 2 is!

If you are aware of any opportunities to showcase our sport, please let me know (R2Director@usawe.org).  We are looking for expos, local horse festivals, pony clubs, local riding clubs who might be interested in learning more about Working Equitation.  Send in your ideas and let me know how we can support you in spreading the word.
