Greetings, Region 5! Our amazing community has been active with events happening nearly every weekend! We had a huge turnout from our region and beyond at the Midwest Horse Fair in April. Thank you to our organizer, Adrienne Dymesich, competitors, and all volunteers who showcased the very best of our sport to thousands of spectators. Be sure to check out the article about this event.
Show season kicked off with two shows at KarMik Acres in early May. We have upcoming shows in both Illinois (Fox Valley Saddle Association) and Michigan (Rach Riding Academy) the weekend of May 24/25. At last count, we expect more than 60 horse/rider pairs combined at these shows.

June 14/15 – Mon Cheval Training Center, Minnesota (Judge – Cari Schwartz)
June 21/22 – Beyond Stable Farm, Illinois (Judge – Rebecca Algar)
July 19/20 – Fox Valley Saddle Association, Illinois (Judge – Nicole Chastain)
July 26/27 – Rusk County Fairgrounds, Wisconsin (Judge – Polly Limond)
August 9/10 – Mon Cheval Training Center, Minnesota (Judge – Polly Limond)
August 16/17 – Rach Riding Academy, Michigan (Judge – Doreen Atkinson)
September 6/7 – The Horse First Farm, Wisconsin (Judge – Rebecca Algar)
Region 5 Championships:
October 3-6 – Fox Valley Saddle Association (Judges – Nicole Chastain & Barbara Price)

Please know that many of these shows are expected to sell out so please don’t wait to register. In addition to competing, there are volunteer opportunities at shows. This is a fun way to get involved, connect with our wonderful WE community, and make a difference!
